We're looking for the brightest builders in Spain to send on a life-changing experience to the US. We help you get in some of the most exciting startups in Silicon Valley and New York with a US visa.

The Fellowship

We take you where the magic happens

For young Spaniards, Silicon Valley used to be a near-impossible dream. We make it a reality. We take care of everything so you can land in world-class teams in the US.

US visa is covered

We take care of the US visa – usually the biggest barrier to entry– insurance, and flights.

Full US pay

Fellows make $80k to $150k to cover their living expenses, so they can focus on building.

18 months

Minimum stay at world-class teams in New York or San Francisco.

Selective by design

This program is not for everyone.

The Fellowship is our most selective program. Less than 2% of applicants are accepted. We are looking for a track record of excellence, and demonstrable building experience.

Before Exponential...Javi got into a YC company after working at Canonical.

Before Exponential...Ignacio built statistical models for ESA's PAZ satellite mission at ICE-CSIC, won 1st place at Datafest '23 presenting data-driven solutions to IKEA, and earned a scholarship to develop Vision Transformers for wind energy prediction.

Before Exponential...Sofía had performed research at Columbia and Cambdrige, and was a Barrié de la Maza Fellow.

Before Exponential...Sergio built pvdeploy, an AI Operating System for Renewable Infrastructure Funds, and 4eat, a digital nutritionist that reached 15,000+ users.

Before Exponential...Félix has led design and creative projects for global brands including Nike, Adidas, New Balance, G-Shock, EA FIFA, and Real Madrid before joining Krea.

Before Exponential...Quili graduated top 1% of his class and worked at Blackstone, Capchase, Portobello, and Goldman Sachs.

Before Exponential...Celia was an aerospace engineer and Solution Architect at Salesforce for 3 years.

Before Exponential...Iker had a PhD in NLP, a YouTube channel with +200k subs, and had built a self-driving system in GTA V.

Before Exponential...Mateo graduated top 10% at IE with a dual degree in Business & Data Science. He founded Shield (€60K raised, Google for Startups) and interned at Google and Clarity AI.
